Our firm has experience prosecuting and defending a variety of complex civil actions in federal and state courts. In addition to representing individual parties in commercial disputes, we have extensive experience representing investors in securities class actions and shareholder derivative cases. As court-appointed lead and co-lead counsel for plaintiff-shareholders, the firm has made significant recoveries for investors in dozens of securities and accounting fraud actions.
