Vianale & Vianale File Class Action Against Satyam Computer Services, Ltd.
Vianale & Vianale LLP filed a new class action in federal court in Manhattan on behalf of the purchasers of the American Depository Shares (ADRs) of Satyam Computer Services, Ltd. (NYSE: SAY). The firm brought the lawsuit on behalf of those who bought the ADRs during the period January 6, 2004 through January 9, 2009.
